  Awful. Never go to this practice. My father ended up in the ER 4 times and admitted for 2 days as a result of minor surgical procedure Dr kates performed. He needed transfusions and now a plastic surgeon to repair the damage this guy did to him

  They don't try to help you. They argue with you when you know something is best with your own skin. They tell you to continue using a medication that doesn't work and when you tell them you want to go on something else, instead of suggesting something else, they disagree with you and tell you they think you need to stay on it. What kind of a psychian tells you to stay on a medication for 6 months that clearly isn't working. If you have oily skin they suggest oily products and it makes you break out more. I know loads of people who have gone here and advised others not to go. I don't know about the doctor himself, but the assistants who work for him have no idea what they're doing, what they're suggesting for their patients and need to go back to school. If you tell them about a medication that you've used in the past, they lie and tell you they have never heard of it or it doesn't work when it has.... this happened before. How is it another doctor knows a medicine and you can look it up on Wikipedia and every other website online. Honestly, what are they trying to do, make money by giving you horrible products that way you need to come back? Do they also half inject medicine into wrinkles. This place is terrible. But it makes sense since it's in Worcester, dirty town. Go to Boston if you want to get real results.
