- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So as I'm reviewing this place on Google reading the comments I'm simultaneously calling to make an appointment the receptionist answers the phone asking if I could hold, 14 minutes so far has passed since I've been on hold WOW someone answers after 15 minutes later & it's someone entirely different who put me on hold .. I say really 15 minutes on hold?? she replies sorry it's really busy in here today..? Yea okay this is a "dermatology center" not an "emergency department" whoever answered just walked away from the call & left me on hold until it was convenient for them to answer, the reviews are entirely accurate, totally unprofessional & ignorant.February 25, 2017by Derek Cox
